This template is used, to automatically display important metadata of an inserted map. As you can see in the middle of the canvas is a regular process map. The actual template can be found at the edges of it.

More precisely, it shows:

1. Workflow state
2. Name
3. Priority
4. Summary of the remaining metadata

The user will be much faster processing desired metadata when seeing it right on the map itself. Due to its dynamic properties, it can be used by anyone no matter how much experience they have.

Using such a template is also useful when you wish to create a corporate identity and standardize the appearances of your process maps.
